Poor management!!!! All the managers squeeze each worker ( cleaners) , hourly rate and they have benefits in the company! They use the emigrantes, squeeze and who don’t know the rules they abuse in the work! This company isn’t honest with payments to the people, I know because I unfortunately they also abused me, who needs( work) to submit but they go over the limit!!!! they don't pay for all the working hours!!!! One of the managers moved up the company not because of merit but because of getting a bonus, using the workers. In this way it is easy to rise in life, passing over others in a dishonest way.
