Only been with the practice a few months but we’ve had endless issues. Getting through on the phone is a joke, especially when like this morning, they fail to turn the out of hours answerphone off until 8.18am when they opened at 8am! We’ve had incorrect details taken down; multiple calls not returned and today I wasn’t even worthy of a telephone consultation let alone a face to face one. “Go and see a pharmacist and if they think you should see a GP, let us know”. Yeah, thanks for nothing!

The new centre is a bit of a pain to get to for us pedestrians but other than that, I can't fault the place. It's clean, spacious and modern...and still has same wonderful staff that treat me and and my family with care. You do have to be patient to get appointments, but that is standard anywhere these days.
