(Translated by Google) Before the pandemic it was very easy and accessible, now it is impossible to get an appointment, really unfortunate, despite the fact that the services have been normalized, they continue to restrict the rights of patients. Gave them a call and didn't wait too long on hold. Spoke to Lena who was very friendly and helpful. She got me registered and arranged for a nurse to call me back. I was called back by Kirsty and she arranged treatment for me and gave me extra information and support. I felt I was treated really well and I am very grateful for this! Thank you.

I came here years ago so can't speak for today. The lady who tested me (older, white & blonde) basically said that I was wasting the service as I was in a relationship (2 years) at the time. She gave me a lecture on if I am with one person there is no need to get tested and if I feel I should then I shouldn't be in a relationship. I told her that for peace of mind I still wanted to get tested as it was good practice and there's no guarantee that because I'm faithful he was aswell. Fast forward 6 years. He was cheating on me the entire time. I was right and should have continued to get tested twice a year as I was before. Who knows what could be going on down there. This one woman single handedly put me off going to these services because she made me believe I was wasting the NHS's time, the nurses time, other peoples time and my time. Now the entire process makes me anxious when before it was standard practice. I hope to god this lady does not still work at the service and has not caused other females to feel these negative feelings for putting there health first.

Nurse Freya was lovely! She reassured me throughout the appointment about any potential results, and was very sweet. The receptionist was also understanding of a confusion with appointment times. When calling for an appointment, the booking system does require you to be prompt and call as soon as the phone line opens (9:30AM). They book you in for a telephone triage on the day with a nurse, which for me was at 10AM. I received a walk-in appointment just a couple of days after the call with a nurse.
