I read the other reviews before comin here, called them to see if they were open, and they were. I did my business, and all worked out well with no complications. I think people need to stop bein so grumpy and entitled. I was kind to her and she was kind to me.. I'd happily come here again. Be grateful you have a local launderette, and an affordable one too.. None in my region of Scotland, all replaced by outdoor petrol garage machines ("Revolution") which cost twice the amount despite being unstaffed... so this was a big relief.

I looked online and saw that they close at 6pm so I went there at 1709 only to see a handwritten note on the door saying ‘call before you come times are variable on Wednesdays’. If you have changed your times it should be updated online. It’s a good thing I only had a puffer coat to dry. Wasted my time going there and now I’m stuck with wet puffer coat that will now have to wash again before I can get it dried. The trains are on strike and there is still snow on the ground but I didn’t know that affected when you are opening / closing. Be more professional in your approach!!!

After lugging my things up there TWICE to find they were closed (as they decide when they FEEL like opening the shop), I get there today, after work, to be spoken to rudely by the only staff member they have. Definitely will be doing the the three minute bus journey to Westcombe Park to do my laundry from now on.

Only variable opening times and you have to opt into a text to know what they are! Please update Google this is very annoying and cause a lot of people to waste a lot of time

The washing machine and the dryer worked well (you will need change for the machines) The Staff, a black woman very rude. Wake up ! Those customers are feeding you up, be a bit more thankful. I work on customer service , and these kind of behaviours are so terrible, if I could own the same business, probably it would be full of people everyday.
