    Had a couple of treatments so far which seem to have worked well. I was due an early spring treatment, but they never showed up with zero communication, I had to call to find out where they were, rebooked in for 10 days later, yet again didn't show up! Had to call again. Evidently if I hadn't called then I would have missed this round of treatment. Clearly a big issue with how they communicate cancellations and onus is 100% on the customer to chase, which is rather bizarre. Pleased I didn't go with the direct debit option otherwise I would be paying for a service I didn't get. Didn't seem any rush on their part to rectify the two missed appointments. Not feeling overly confident they will turn up for the next appointment.... Services: Lawn pest control, Weed control
