Whilst some of the team especially Carla really try to help you, they are chronically understaffed and can’t process things in a timely manner. Phones ring out constantly and emails not responded to. Wouldn’t use them again.

Having read the numerous poor review after instructing Greenstone solicitors I have to admit I had a small panic attack. However the sale of our property went through without issue and at a very reasonable cost. We instructed Greenstone because they were simply the lowest quote and they dealt with our sale professionally. They kept us advised and responded to our emails in a timely manor. I would not normally think to write a review for a solicitor but having read the poor reviews I felt obliged to say that we had no issues and feel we got real value for money as other quotes obtained were considerably higher.

Try them if you want to get frustrated and keep a never solved issue. They kept on saying the claim was not settled and finally sent a pre dated cheque which might go out of date in few weeks.
