Excellent quality - returning customer As a professional landscaper, I've used all of Greensquares products from the various decking brands through to the Garden Rooms. I've used other brands (client requested) but I keep coming back to Greensquares products as the quality is so good. The back office team and warehouse guys are great too, bending over backwards to help, I've been impressed from the very first order onwards.

Im assuming these five star reviewers have been given a discount to leave a good review (or they only care about/ prioritise customers who have their products fitted by them) because we've had THE WORST experience with this company! The communication is very poor and unprofessional. A delay is sometimes to be expected and not a problem if informed ahead of time but our delivery has been delayed at least 4 times over a period of six weeks and often we only found out on the day by us contacting them. They clearly couldn't be bother to contact us or even explain. After being strung along for about 8 weeks from the date we ordered they phoned us the night before our (latest) delivery date with another excuse and when we complained they cancelled the order. Shocking! Never had a service like it!😱 We have now ordered from elsewhere and will receive them within a week of ordering! Wished we had gone to them in the first place.🙄

Absolute shower. Kept us waiting 6-8 weeks for decking. Excuse after excuse, only got a delivery date once threatening to get money back. Didn't deliver on date, another date given... and another. Waited in all day, putting jobs off... No show on either date. Chased up, told would get a call back... no callback. Called again, they hung up. Called again, given another delivery date. Offered free delivery after stating that most of the boards due for delivery were damaged. Obviously complained about the terrible service so they cancelled the order. Essentially we've had no garden due to the decking frame being fitted with the original delivery date in mind. Kids left without garden. Nothing but excuses, lies and delays. Shocking service. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely fantastic service from design to delivery. Samples sent out prior to order. Required composite decking non slip for my elderly mother. Communication was brilliant. Even on day of delivery the driver phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival. I would recommend this company and the product and the price was very good too. However if they send you an email offering you a voucher if you leave them a review don't bother as they do not acknowledge your review or send you the voucher.
