Very Disappointed in the service i paid for. Had an international relocation move, had to chase up quite a bit before delivery day and all did not go well on arrival day. The moving men were not able to fit all the content of the container into the exact same sized storage container and the man in charge had a bad attitude about it. Furthermore they made it my problem and there was nobody to contact after office hours to get them to talk to their somewhat aggressive and emotional moving staff. Despite the friendly and apologetic staff in the office the day after my feedback, they didn’t follow through the case and never made any suggestions how to remedy this unpleasant experience.

Great service, friendly staff - do not hesitate! I used Greens part load removal service to transport a number of delicate items (musical equipment, vinyl records and vintage designer furniture) from the UK to Germany. The quote, which I found to be entirely satisfactory, was sent to me by the next working day and upon agreement of all details a pick-up date was quickly scheduled. All items were handled impeccably and arrived in the exact same condition that they were packed up in. The service took 14 days from pick-up to delivery which I consider to be extremely quick for a part load delivery to mainland Europe. I found all of Greens staff to be friendly, helpful and extremely professional throughout the whole process. I was very positively impressed by the entire service provided by Greens and would not hesitate to recommend or re-book them in the future… and I say this as someone who is incredibly picky!
