Hired a toilet from this company for an event at home. The toilet arrived with a broken lock which was then replaced with one that did not flush. I paid £88 for the hire and after contacting them several times they refunded me £26 …… I made it very clear this was not an acceptable refund as the item was faulty. Do not use this company as their service is completely unacceptable
