Great service for all members of my family including a specialist consultant-led clinic which saves me going to the QE. Staff always helpful and kind. Repeat prescriptions so handy. I struggle to get through by phone in the morning but after 2.30pm you can always speak to someone or popping in works too. Thank you all for what you do.

Very poor service absolutely disappointed I made a phone call to the reception just for some research on care provision but the lady was absolutely rude disgusting behaviour absolutely disappointed. Poor service and very useless I would not recommend this place. These staff need to learn some manners and should honestly get fired for their rude attitude very disgusting.

Worst surgery ever no appointments no proscription these Gp cannot even treat minor sickness when you call them they don’t pick up the phone for days Greenridge Surgery is full of rude staff they don’t know how to treat any sickness and also don’t want to refer to hospitals for little problem they will make you wait for one year and still nothing can be done I must say uk need to have better GP who can treat the sickness because all theses Gps or either scared to proscribe any medication or they have Beene told not to do to save money my children are sick and I am Trying since 4 days to get appointments uk is amazing who actually hire theses clueless people to treat us.

I have spent over 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold only to be hung up on [after being told im number 1 /next to be answered in Que] ,it cost me £15.00 in phone credit on more than one occasion, Its infuriating!!! ,Its a absolute nightmare trying to request repeat medication, i dread it!...every 27 days,on average expect 30 mins / 1 hour and 45 mins wait to be answered as tried phoning @ 7:00 am and 12:00 pm till 3:00 pm.[email request go unfulfilled/ignored] so best of luck with that, and top up ur phone credit b4 calling..There Phone system badly needs replacing/review/REPAIRING ASAP...
