My son and I had a fishing lesson here a couple of years ago which was really good and informative. Unfortunately, due to a new baby and COVID, our fishing was put on pause for a couple of years. We have recently started fishing again and have visited Greenridge (FLE) several times. Ollie the owner is just fantastic, he has spent time with my son to show him how to set up his line, handle the fish safely and many other tips. Many of the other people fishing here are also very friendly and helpful. The lakes are very well stocked and have some great fish in them. Although we have other fisheries closer to us, we keep coming back and will continue to. I highly recommend a visit (or more).

Did 24hour on the top lake, lovely little lake plenty of action in the water. My only complaint is that some of the swims on the bank are a little small so make setting up a bivvi without blocking the path behind a little difficult. Keep an eye out for Terrance the terrapin in the top lake

First time visiting FLE with my son who has been fishing for about a year. I leave this review for any other novice parents. We were made to feel so welcome with some top tips from Ollie who clearly wants to help the youngsters develop. Simple rules, applied in a pragmatic fashion. BACS or cash for day ticket purchased from the bank if the shop isn't open. Fish and swims in good condition. Certainly won't be our last trip. Thank you.

FLE or Greenridge Farm Fishery have catered to our fishing club for several years & we've always had a good day's match fishing. Facilities include bait shop & loo, fishery pellet only rule may annoy some but they're good quality and non-pellet methods work, so alternatives exist. Ollie the proprietor is happy to give tips & what methods are working :)
