My PC wasn't working so I called Greenlight and they invited me over to diagnose the issue on the same day. They identified the issue as the PSU (power supply) and potentially the GPU (Graphics Card). They promised that when I replaced these items, they would help me to rebuild the PC. They claimed that "We help you until the PC is working". I paid approximately £80 for about 15 minutes of their time. When I replaced the components, I rang Greenlight to ask them to help me rebuild the PC with the new parts. They phone line became poor and they became unresponsive after I explained who I was and what I wanted. The phone call ended without us arranging a time for me to bring the PC in. They made no effort to ring me back and all future calls (separated over several days) went to answer machine. I never heard back from Greenlight. I was left on my own. It felt as though they did not want anything to do with me after I paid them.

What a great company! Booked in a time slot on his website. Got a confirmation email and mulitple reminders (My memory is awful so these we're a godsend), picked my hard drive up on Saturday and few days laters, confirmation email and text recieved stating the work was complete. All data recovered, put onto a new hard drive. Went and collected it from him (He did offer to bring it back but i was to excited to get my data off it!) - Some of the best customer service i've recieved in a long time. Well worth the money and would recommend his services! Thank you again Ross :)

Called and arranged for home visit next morning on a desktop PC. Fixed fee of £80, the repair took about 15 minutes, I am very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend Greenlight Computer.

Great service. Got it back same day as he picked it up; it was professionally cleaned and upgraded. Pc no longer makes weird noises and is running very smoothly. Gave me tips on the next steps for improvement on my pc which I could do myself. Very nice guy and clearly knows his stuff. The other reviews are misleading as sometimes laptops and pc do just go bust and there isn't alot you can do. But I highly recommend this guy for all jobs and will 100% be going back in the future.

Repaired laptop but on it's return still did not work. Difficult to contact, when finally able to speak to them, they said unable to source part, but would refund nothing has arrived to date. Extremely poor service would not use again. Which is a shame as when they had the shop had no issues.

Would not recommend - charged £79.99 to repair gaming PC, 6 days later it had the same fault, took ages to get in contact and then took even longer for it to be looked at again and was not repaired only diagnosed. Really hard to get any response from emails about updates, no apology, no refund, a very frustrating customer experience.

DREADFUL, laptop was supposedly repaired (charged £79.99) but presented exact same symptoms the following day, and company refused to contact us after we left three messages. three weeks later and we still have heard nothing. would not recommend this businees at all.
