Took my Tagheuer in for a service mechanical it would not wind automatically the date didn't change lost time 2 minutes a day it's an old watch 18 years old got it back last week it's beter than new and brilliant service and communication totally recommend this Rammy business Well done good local business £450 if sent to Tag £120 at RGS

Took a watch in for battery replacement. Not an overly expensive watch generally but was for me.Owned it a few years but had hardly worn it and kept it in it's box. You could see it was in almost new condition. It was taken to the back room and quite a while later a person emerged with it and asked if I was aware that the winder was loose. This was an understatement as it was completely detached from the body of the watch. I don't believe there was a problem with it when I took it in but can't prove that. Had to pay for repair but the charge was reasonable so I take it as a lesson learned.. I will not be going there again and would suggest caution if anyone is planning to have dealings with this establishment.
