I wrote this in 2019: I see I am not alone being a bit frustrated with the pointlessness of the time table. One can find a few sources of information regarding the clippers comings and goings: TfL website, printed time table, live digital screens, googlemaps. Interestingly, all of these have different ideas about when the clippers meant to arrive and none of them seem to be able to track reality too accurately. Not to mention services that just simply never turn up so one is left with the choice of sticking around for another 20-30 min or find another mode of transport. I love the clippers for the experience of being on the river and the crew is typically friendly and polite, but reliability has huge room for improvement. 2022 July update: I think timeliness and overall reliability is markedly better since Uber took over operations.
