    Management is awful, we got parcels stolen inside the building and apparently is also very common to get robbed in the estate by people in bikes, some of them with knives.

    If you’re charitable, it’s a haven of peace and style near Surrey Quays. If not, it’s a bunch of brick buildings with everything paved. Of course, reality is halfway between the two. It is smart and clean, and everything is newly built of visible bricks, including the roadway. It’s all right-angles too, Minecraft heaven (if Minecraft was rectangles). There is some greenery and the traffic is calmed, but the outside space isn’t really somewhere you dwell - just head a little bit north and you’re at the much nicer quays. It does however have a bit of a courtyard focus with ‘everything you need’ (if you’re a middle class professional) in a little space. That is, a decent coop express supermarket, a couple nice restaurants, pastry/coffee, Wolfie’s bar, a gym, a co-work space. If you want somewhere a little removed from the hustle and bustle for a coffee, drink or even casual date then go for it. If you can afford to live there, great! Otherwise it’s nice to walk through.
