Enthusiastic and well informed salesman Dan Hamilton-Lea guided us to the right greenhouse for our needs. Delivery date was as agreed and erection of the greenhouse, although it took perseverance and 48 hours, was made easier by excellent instructions both written and pictorial. One sheet of glass arrived broken and was replaced within two days through Dan's good services.

What a fantastic service - having inherited a greenhouse and in the process of rebuilding, we've discovered we needed glass separators, The Greenhouse website came up trumps with next day delivery, but I had underestimated and needed some urgently, or we'd have a half glaze greenhouse !! - Pierre at the Southampton branch, went above and beyond and found me some in their store room, they don't generally sell spares, so I am eternally grateful to them for helping me out at such short notice. Thank you so much for all your help today, it is very much appreciated.
