Sadly we had to say goodbye to our darling boy Ted on Wednesday and chose to have Greenhill do the cremation due to the great reviews and the fact that all proceeds go to their pet rescue. From the first contact to collecting Ted at the end, everything was very professional and dealt with love and care. We were able to get Ted back home to us within a day of him being collected from the vet which gave us great comfort. A very dignified service which our boy deserved. Would recommend Greenhill to anyone who’s sadly going through these awful times.

Not my experience but my friends. They are unable to leave a review for some unknown reason. Their beloved lab had to be put to sleep last Thursday. They found Greenhill pet cremation services on line, the reviews were excellent so they made an appointment for the Friday at 6pm. They also decided to have some nose/paw casts done, this was arranged for 4.30 on the same day. The lady from Greenhill rang around that time to say she had a slot earlier & that she'd like them to come earlier as she needed to take her own dog to the vets. However due to making the appointment for treasured memories they say they would be there for the original appointment. Upon their arrival they were rushed into a dilapidated barn., given hardly any time to say goodbye & rushed out. The following day was much the same when going to collect their fur baby's ashes. Compassion-0, customer service-0. Thank you so much for making an emotional,traumatic experience even worse. My advice is NEVER EVER use this place.

I want to thank Jenny from Greenhill Pet Cremation Services in Shrewsbury for showing compassion and understanding. I rang her very upset on Sunday morning, and she helped us organise Bimber's cremation on the same day. Thanks to Jenny and her brilliant service, we would be able to take some of Bimber's ashes to Poland. She even had some sort of gift for Ieuan. It was a flowering pet memorial for Bimbers’s ashes. Hopefully, this will help both of us deal with grief.

You know what’s its like. I came down stairs Early in the morning to find my 6-year-old German Shepard Tinker had passed. Just like that you’re in a world of hurt and venerable to all that would take advantage. Luckily, I phoned Jenny at Greenhill pet Cremations. She had been recommended by a friend who had been through the same heart ache. They came and collected Tinker within 2 hours of my call and cremated our baby on the same day with No fuss or dramas. Jenny normalized it helping to put my wife and I at ease. In our grief we hadn’t asked the cost and in truth didn’t care but was blown away with how little it was. Guys I we can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and understanding. Tinker was part of our family you helped us put to her rest. Thank you. Colin & Sarah Kelleher.
