    They have both indoor and outdoor pens which provide both sleeping, food, litter areas and somewhere where the cats can watch people, but not see each other. Our cat is happy sleeping on a solid surface, but if they prefer bedding, you need to bring your own. The carrier is left in the pen. Good selection of food choices. They ensure all cats have the various jabs, worm and flee treatments,
