Quite slow to respond, took ages to send a quote, raised an enquiry after invoice had been paid and didn't hear anything, wouldn't use again. On site team who came were very helpful though.

Absolute rip off. I recently bought my first home which has artex on the bedroom ceiling. Contacted these guys for encapsulation. They quoted me £450+VAT and I was under the impression it was a big job so I agreed. Two guys turned up, looked at the job and decided it was a one guy job, so the supervisor left. The guy who did the job took one hour and simply painted the artex white. The supervisor came back once the job was done and told me it technically didn't need doing, would've been nice to know BEFORE the job was done! They tried to charge me £120 for the supervisor who didn't even do anything and £100 for the guy who did the work, for an hour!!! They also tried charging me £50 for PPE that was never worn, and £75 for hazardous waste that didn't exist. I simply refused to pay it, they lowered the price to £300+VAT and wouldn't go lower. I paid it but I was ripped off. Stear clear.

Booked in for a removal service in a couple of weeks. Email communication was swift, polite, efficient and simple. Will update review based on the actual removal, in a few weeks! - Lets hope the labour matches the quality of the pre-sales! . EDIT - Yup... Was "okay" .... Will stick with 3 stars. Lads turned up, stood round smoking tabs for a bit and didn't clean up as well as I would have liked (loads of unspecified dust around the place, that obviously is a cause for concern) - But they were quick, polite and efficient to a point. So yea... Would recommend, but would likely give them guidance and more specific info when booking - to make sure it gets done thoroughly.

Greenfields removed an asbestos garage roof for me, they are very good to deal with, very quick and efficient at what they do, they had my whole roof off and away in under an hour with no problems I was very impressed I would highly recommend

Making the appointment was easy and a quote was made over the phone after photos were sent. Price agreed over the phone. Onsite team didn’t arrive till gone 10 ( agreed between 8-9am ) so just a technicality, two guys were not expecting such a big garage even though photos were sent. Still been left to somehow get rid of the 2 garage doors and some fence panels that were attached to the garage. Not the lads fault as they weren’t told, I’ve explained we had discussions before they arrived and agreed. So now we have to spend more money to get rid of the rest. Even though slight miscommunication would possibly use again but difference in price was minimal so who knows.
