Worst GP ever used to go here for years when dr shah was still there he was great but these new people are horrible DR Mahmood turned me away about my mental health and told me it’s because of my iron deficiency… what? Even when I went back multiple times they have never tried to help. Just make an excuse to get u out of the door. Also the receptionist are either youngens that sick they’re chatting and acting like they aren’t at work or you stand there waiting for assistance and they have to finish their conversations not to do with work first.

Too many problems with this surgery and it’s staff to list them all so I’ll just list the latest in a long line of many! Attended the surgery to have bloods taken - person taking them couldn’t obtain them so rebooked me with practice nurse few days later. Four weeks later not heard anything from the surgery so assumed all is well. Decided to call up just to confirm this is the case because of previous problems - shocked to be told by receptionist there is a problem but can’t be told what without an appointment. Given a telephone appointment today at 4pm - no phone call until 4.22pm only to be told by receptionist my appointment is cancelled and rescheduled to tomorrow. Apparently the HCA had an emergency and couldn’t come in today - why wasn’t I told this at the start of the day instead of 22 minutes after my appointment?! And no tomorrows not convenient, especially when you have an appointment vaguely between 9 and 12 instead of a specific time slot and I have a job and work tomorrow?! Have tried complaining to practice manager previously with no luck (apparently he works from home so is difficult to get hold of) so may well have to consider PALs or the CQC to register a complaint. Let’s hope none of us have anything too serious wrong with us in the mean time!
