Terrible service for mental health. The answerphone repeats ‘we are sorry to keep you waiting’ over and over in a way that would be very triggering to anyone with autism or mental health issues. Terribly managed practice in need of closing down.

When you call this practice there is a pre-recorded message saying they won’t tolerate abuse to staff..I wish their own staff members applied the same rule to clients. The receptionist is rude and abrupt and she clearly sounds like she can’t wait to get off the phone and get rid of you..not the standard of care that one expects. Please train your staff to have better matters! They make you feel like you are a nuisance to them.

Terrible GP practice and customer service is beyond atrocious. Absolutely appalling service, rude, aloof, reception staff, I went with a patient, receptionists were sitting there, ignoring, once receptionist patient, she was just like raising her voice not listening to the patient.The receptionists at this gp practice will find any way to make sure your experience there is complicated and hard as possible.
