Not even a 1 * service great from fitter Customer feed back due to door not locking correctly Spoke to chap on phone who was very rude sent email an phone calls but all they say is ""we fix when back in area"" wish they bin as slow getting their payment Will gain knowledge from lawyer as to how we get them back to fix problems

New composite front door installed. Approx 6 weeks from initial sales visit to the door being installed. Me and my wife are over the moon with the new door. The fitters did a tidy job and cleaned up after themselves. The door required a small adjustment but 1 call to the office a few days post-install and arrangements were made for the fitters to attend, which they did in a timely manner.

Had a call over 3 months ago asking how my new door was, I explained that all is good but drafty and cold. The caller said a fitter would call and correct what's calling the dratf. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY CALL AND THE DOOR IS STILL COLD! a neighbour is thinking of having a new front door, but I am hesitant to recommend as the customer service not good at all.....................

Absolutely dreadful after-care. I had to badger them for weeks to get them to finish the job they'd left when installing and to fix a fault with a window. Today I called to report that my back door was now failing to close properly, leaving my property insecure. The person answering the phone was rude, disinterested, and unable to give me even a timescale for an engineer to visit. He claims he is the only person working in the company, with any other staff all on holiday. It's almost comical.
