I ordered lawn and top soil from this company on 14/06/2022 they said they couldn’t deliver until 22/06/2022 as one of their trucks was broken. So this morning on 22/06/202 the day of the delivery at 06.09am I receive a text message that said : “ Hi there it's Greendale Turf Supply unfortunately we have just started the truck to head out to the field and the starter motor has gone so we are unable to take any turf out today untill the issue is solved could you please contact me regarding you delivery we will refund you in this matter. Many Thanks Craig” I rang them back at 06.30am and the guy I spoke to said they now have ANOTHER truck out of action so I will not be getting any turf or top soil unless I wanted to wait until next week! I would advise anyone to avoid using this company as they are TOTALLY unprofessional !!!! I also think they need to invest in some new trucks !!!!
