Have purchased 2 of the Greenbrook TUBH5TH tubular heaters and both have failed within 6months of use. Stripped the 2nd failure down and identified that there is an internal copper link that is not replaceable which has open circuited. It looks like a thermal link that fails probably on over heating, surely the thermostat should prevent overheating. Not fit for purpose, would recommend using a proven manufacturer of Tubular Heaters like Dimplex.
