Absolute nightmare. The dress I ordered was ill fitting and they fobbed me of with some rubbish about chest sizing not EU sizing. They also sent some random order of scrubs that I did not order. I sent all back as an honest person signed for next day delivery. This was 2 weeks ago and still awaiting my refund - I have emailed and asked twice now. No response to my second email? I feel certainly have not had the experience of most of the other reviews on here. Update: they state they have refunded me which they have not. I said I would remove my review if refunded me and so far I have not had a reply. Update as of 17th Oct - many request for info on refund - no contact and no refund!

After returning an item via Royal mail registered post with tracking number.. which guarantees delivery within 3 day. This company tell me blatantly, that they will not refund my money as they haven’t received the goods yet….even thought the receipt CLEARLY SHOWS postage was 13 days ago!! Tracking number is also there. They Stated, it’s proof of postage and nothing else.! I have bought from them since 2018 and have always had problems getting my money back in the past. This the last straw. I even had to email multiple times for a previous order, before they refunded my money!! Judge them for yourselves.
