Green banks was my grans home for the last 3 years of her life . She took I'll in April 2021 and was admitted to maidstone hospital. We were told she needed end of life care I was not satisfied with the one to one care she received in hospital and requested she had her end of life care at green banks . The manageress Kelly and her staff were fantastic .The support they gave us an gran was amazing when she passed she was treated with dignity and respect Molly, milly and Kerry were with her and us .all THE staff were fantastic . She ate what she felt like which was really important to me.thank you Asie ,Kelly and all the staff at green banks for looking after my "Shunshine "when I couldn't do it . As a carer my self this home should get an outstanding as thats what they deserve.

Despite her anti care home views , from the moment mum walked into Greenbanks and met Kelly & the team she was put at ease and even removed her coat ! Everyone that works at Greenbanks made you feel so welcome , whether a resident , like mum or visitors. If I wasn't able to go in , I would get a video call , so I could see & talk to mum , which was so comforting during these strange and unusual times. They took care of everything , mums care , meds & hospital visits , they really treated her like royalty, i got the feeling they treated everyone like royalty ! I wish we could have got mum to Greenbanks a lot sooner and I just know she would have been cared for and even enjoyed herself. In the short while she was there she got involved in pantomimes , craft activities and even "attacked" her own advent calendar. I suppose to sum up ..... everyone who works at Greenbanks , does so because they love what they do , from the owners who take an active role through to Kelly and her team , too many of which to name. Thank you for making mum's last day's, weeks & months very happy and comfortable

I have been visiting this care home over the past year on a regular basis. The staff are very friendly and they are 100% dedicated to the care of the residence. The owner has completely renovated each room within this home and to a very high and clean standard, while still maintaining the homely feel they are renowned for. They have added new areas for the residence and now have a complete commercial kitchen. The main living room has been re-decorated and features sensory lighting that the residence love. I only hope that when the time comes my beloved auntie Rosemary to go into a home that I have a place just as caring as this to go to.

My mother has resided at Greenbanks residential care home since2017 sadly she has recently passed away from a terminal illness I can honestly say l have never met a more careing and dedicated team led by the current owner and registered manager Kelly Wright after being in the care industry for over ten years myself I couldn't have chosen abetter home for my loved one . They made her laugh dried her tears when she was confused and sad and have delivered the best E Nd of life care anybody could have wished for. The family and myself would like to thank each and every one of them for all of their extended kindness to mum and myself through this sad time I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this home to anyone who is looking for a happy and careing environment for a loved one .P.s. I hope you like tea.
