Appalled at how rude and unhelpful they’ve been on multiple occasions. Final straw today when they actually hung up on me while I was mid way through explaining what I required. No replies to any emails or to messages I’ve sent via their contact form and yes, I’ve check my junk box in case it was sent there, nothing. Supposedly their website has been down and their email address and contacts form out of action for several months now? The company also appear to be driving whilst on the phone, something which I am sure is illegal, I make this assumption as driving a lorry was the excuse given for hanging up whilst I was speaking.
