Its been 130 days since we placed our order for our leased line. Having installed it last week it now gives us 3mbs rather than the 100mbs we are paying for. Greentelecom are not responding to my calls or emails to try and get this sorted. I wish I'd paid the extra money and gone with BT!

Green Telecom are a dishonourable company, who only care about what they can sell you. Not if what they sell is right for you, works for you or keeps working. I do not recommend, there are plenty of other IT companies in Bucks/Berks who whilst profit driven also care about providing a great service.

How times change, no help at weekends, call centre takes your number and support followed up on Monday. Quite the most expensive monthly bills and when promised a lower monthly tariff, nothing was followed up...so out of contract when I chose switch to another provider, they issue all sorts of threats...so goodbye Green.
