Spare your money and walk away. I didn’t have an appointment and the front desk lady told me it will be 3 mins wait time for her colleague to arrive and was pressuring me to pay upfront. I said I will pay once the therapist gets in the office and she was pushy. The front desk lady (who I believe is not a masseuse at all) told me she’ll be the one to give me a massage instead after calling her colleague who told her he won’t be available (she didn’t know I could speak and understand Chinese). I swiped my card with the understood and advertised price of £50 for 45 mins and she added £1 for “using a credit card” which was not the intended price. I cancelled the transaction instead and walked away. This practice is very VERY shady. I do not appreciate dishonesty.

Worst massage ever!!! Don’t think the lady was a professional masseuse. Asked for 1 hour Swedish massage which obviously includes full body massage but got just 1 hour back massage with no pressure. Felt like someone was just rubbing oil on my back! Sheets smelt damp and lady used baby oil on me! Will not be visiting again.

I had the excellent good fortune of having Natalie look after me on my most recent visit. She is a beautiful and empathetic Hungarian with strong hands and wonderful technique. She helped to strip away my stress and knots, I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by her large set of well rounded skills and techniques, she far exceeded my initial expectations. I will return!
