Booked a car for 4 days with green motion after most other companies declined to rent me a car because I didn't have a credit card. Went for a premium plus package as adviced by Ms Alisha as I needed a package that didn't require credit card and allowed unlimited mileage. Everything done over the phone. Exceptionally good customer service by Aleesha. Friendly and patient. Went to pick up the car, was offered an upgrade by Sian from a Mini Cooper Sport to Mercedes Benz CLA 200 for less than 100 £ additional. Drove off in under 15 minutes, everything explained by Patrick in detail and very friendly manner. He even gave me his number if I had any issues with how to use the car. Dropped off the car today, hassle free, car returned in under 1 minute. Superb and exceptionally good service by Alisha in booking, Patrick in making my life easy by teaching me the electronic maneuvering of a Mercedes Benz and Sian for her wonderful and very friendly customer service. Thank you all of you.

I hired a van from Leicester. They charged me unnecessarily for the diesel, even though I poured the diesel for my usage. When they gave me van, van was in the sloppy position, so it obviously shows higher diesel on gauge. i told the guy, i am not convinced about the diesel beforehand. He said, he can check it from the same place when i bring the van back. when i brought back, they charged me additional 20 pounds for not enough diesel. i told the manager what happened when i took the van. They said they cannot check the van from where the van was. I have hired van from green motion many times before, this experience was unfortunate and upsetting.
