Our pick up from the airport was perfect. We were running late close to closing time of the station, due to a delayed flight. None of the staff members made us feel unwelcome or rushed us through the documentation process. Everything from the insurance to car was explained to us in detail. Upgrade was offered, but not in a pushy manner at all. The return of the vehicle was just as hassle free. All three gentleman from the counter to pick up driver, were super friendly, efficient and helpful. The vehicle was in great condition. We even got to choose from the available cars and were offered an automatic drive, although we only booked a manual car. We have to rent a car often and this was one of the best experiences we had. I rented a car with Green Motion. There were 2 small scratches near the boot. I didn't cause these scratches but I was forced to pay for them because I couldn't prove my innocence. Both marks were under the 'chargable measurement'. However because there were 2 marks they charged the distance between the marks. It cost £475 which is far beyond the repair cost and I feel like I have been cheated by Green Motion. I have rented hundreds of cars over the years and have never been cheated this poorly or treated as badly by their customer service team. I have learnt my lesson - it is definitely worth paying more for car rental with a better company.

Absolutely positive. This was my first experience with Green Motion purely as they were the only company willing to wait after hours for my Re-scheduled flight, without that extra service I was really in difficulty. The agent was punctual at the collection point and the documentation was compiled quickly and efficiently, car delivered and I was underway. The return was usually courteous and efficient. By the way the car was almost new, clean and unmarked. Green Motion will now be my first choice !

Professional and extremely helpful staff. I did not arrive with my passport which was a requirement for hiring a car but the gentleman was very understanding and I arranged for a photograph of it to be sent which was acceptable. New car, very nice. I would recommend Green Motion and will be using them again on my frequent visits to East Midlands.
