Absolutely disgusting service today. They have taken over £100 and are refusing to give a refund even though the car was never hired to me in the first place. They ask for £1300 deposit, which can only be taken via credit card or you have to pay £150+ extra to your car.

We booked a car for 2 days in Manchester and I must say Umair.K from Green Motion was very generous to upgrade the car also give unlimited miles.
