Not the greatest rental experience. Service upon pick up was ok but they missed two alloy scuffs for the vehicle damage report (which only showed a windscreen crack). Luckily, I took many pictures and videos at the pick up before driving (PLEASE DO THIS FOR ANY RENTAL!). I knew for the short time I had the vehicle there was no damage from me but they tried to pin existing alloy damage alloys on me. When I dropped the vehicle off I had a long back and forth with customer service who tried to claim they were not responsible, luckily I had a video with a time and date stamp. After I proved I was in the right with my video, the customer service awkwardly admitted they missed this from the initial car report and cowardly walked away. No real honest apology. It really is not worth the headache using this rental company, even if you are able to prove you are in the right. STRONGLY do not recommend and if you have no other choice, take many photos and videos.

Very bad experience, I will never book a car from these thieves again!!! They charged me 110£ for micro scratch on a plastic wheel trim.I am sure they will charge the same or even more for a second and third scratch before they will buy a new trim for 20£
