    Worst experience ever: went to pick up a car at the Paddington branch, waited 10 min+ outside before someone opened the door (phone no. did not work). And since my credit card does not have a chip so they could not process it, the guy at the shop told me that in order to use my debit card for deposit, I have to pay 75 pound more per day. The guy was super impatient and condescending during the conversation, he even shouted and sweared at me when I told him he needs to work on his attitude.

    Guy on reception desk had just had a terrible interaction with previous client but was completely professional and continued to serve us with respect, courtesy and a smile. Even when the client returned halfway through our transaction, completely triggering the guy behind the counter, he did his best to help us get our car and send us on our way. So much respect for HUSSAMEDDEEN, A. and his ability to maintain good customer service during a clearly distressing time for him. When we returned the car, he was engaging (asking about our journey) and friendly. The car was a dream - clean, new and comfortable, and the rental location was perfect - easy to get to and so easy to escape London from, right on the motorway. If we ever need a car in London again, I will definitely look you guys up, and recommend you to others! Cheers for an excellent experience!

    Truly upset with the service. Similar to the other reviews that I've just read, upon arrival, they will say that they do not accept amex and therefore need to pay using debit and there will be an additional charge. upon returning, they found there was a scratch on the door which i admit it was my mistake for not taking proper picture when i collected the car, but £247 just to clear the scratch must be a scam. wont use their service ever again.

    Today there was a strike, and there were no trains. I had to pick up a friend from the airport, because of that. There were some troubles with forgetting my creditcard code, but we found a walkaround. Sean, thank you so much for helping me, you were a lifesaver today!

    Pick-up staff was friendly and polite but the drop-off staff member was rude as f. I think he wanted to get his teeth knocked out. Which I am happy to oblige to in an appropriate setting. That guy is not fit for the job. Not sure what is wrong with him. I think he needs some therapy to end that weird power trip attitude with customers. If he's unhappy with his life and job he should quit or the company should fire him. Work is no place to deal with childhood trauma. Absolute trash. I've used them 2 times before and the morning staff were great! But now never again!

    It’s rare I leave a five star review, but these guys were above and beyond helpful. Thanks, especially to Sean for helping out with all the issues regarding booking and credit card. I’ve seen a lot of consumers complain here but it’s because they either don’t read t&c or expect a Rolls Royce when they’ve booked a Renault. I like them because T he prices are cheap (compared to local rentals) and the cars are clean, and that’s perfect for me.
