Do not hire from them! They do not check the cars and they expect you to check! Charged me £600 on damage that i did not do. Just go through all the one star reviews pretty much everything is same on customers are being charged for something which is not their fault.

He was very friendly, chatty, well organised, efficient and no time wasted. The vehicle was clean, damage free and an excellent ride with great value prices. Never ever book with these clowns. I made a booking 7 days in advance and even spoke to them twice about ID requirements and booking confirmation. Turn up on the day and they advise no car available. Shocking customer service all round. Would avoid at all costs. Worst rental car experience ever.

Scam. Got charged for a pre-existing scratch less than 2cm. Staff member Petito unprofessional and a scammer. I saved money on hiring with this company, but when you include the scam charges I would have been better with Avis etc.

MY CAR DECIDED TO PACK UP, NEEDED A CAR QUICKLY TO GET TO DEVON FOR MY SONS FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT. THE LADS AT GREENMOTION COULDNT DO ENOUGH TO HELP. GAVE US A FREE UPGRADE AS A GESTURE AS THEY KNEW MY SON WAS IN A PANIC, CANT FAULT ANY OF THE SERVICE FROM 1ST PHONE CALL TO DROPPUNG THE CAR BACK. NO ISSUES, HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD 110% USE THESE AGAIN 👍🏻
