After trying to remortgage with a couple of different lenders with no joy I was about to give up. I had over 50% equity in my property. Green mortgages came to the rescue .I was paying what I've been told by many lenders a very high interest rate on my old mortgage. The process from start to finish was very good. Nina, Mia and the whole team was excellent. Nothing was to much for them. If I had any problems they would sort or chase straight away for me. I would like the thank the Green Mortgages team who helped me save £230+ on my repayments. Without their help I would've been paying a sky high interest rate.

They are unfailingly helpful, friendly, efficient and, in short, get the job done. The whole team, from initial contact (Connor and then Dale) on the financial side, through to Alice, Lucy and Steph on the conveyancing side, were super fast and very helpful - keeping me in touch with things along the way and guiding me as quickly as possible to a successful completion. Didn’t have a great experience with this company, I found them to be misleading and aggressive in their replies, very pushy and sales like, raised a complaint about the service provided and at first had good communication, kept being told I’d get an update day after day to which it kept getting pushed back to the point where I’m now getting no replies at all and being ignored, considering it’s been over a week now I can’t see me getting any further communication from them.
