One of the worst experienced that I ever had with the green metro cars. There was an incident which just happened on the 24/03/2023 they charged us Extra money for 6 seaters car for £65 which they agreed for £50 for 2 languages & 2 hand language ( 2 passengers) at Heathrow Terminal. Secondly the driver was very rude called Abdul Farhan for giving them the wrong information complaining for no space available for languages I mean literally the way I see it there was one space available for one hand language. Therefore never ever booking on this website again a complete rip off.
