Hannah toned, washed, cut and blow dried my hair to perfection. The first time I have ever come out of a hair salon with the exact look and feel of style that suited me. I have fine hair and always ask to have some kind of thickening product/treatment and it never happens. This stylist listened and delivered. Terrible salon. I came with a request for balayage. Before that, there was also a balayage (blond), I wanted a correction and add more natural color. The master girl asked a neighboring master for half an hour what to do with my hair. As a result, she dyed my hair black, added a blonde and smeared it all. This is definitely not the balayage technique and not the color that I asked for!! When it was washed off, my blond hair turned black with green!!!! As a result, the girl said, I have no more time, come next time, I will paint it in a different color. It's horrible. She left and didn't even apologize for what she did. Another master undertook to wash off all this dark paint. the paint was washed off, the green tint still remained, the hair was burned, I had to cut off half the length. I never received any apology. The question is why a person who does not understand painting undertakes to do this? spoils the hair of customers and the reputation of the salon. I will never visit them again
