I walked in randomly after breaking one of the nose pegs on my glasses, the rep took my glasses and installed two new ones and made sure the fit was comfortable for me. When I was ready to leave I asked how much it would cost and got told it was free! What a lovely service and great customer skills from the person who served me. Many thanks and in a world where hardly anything is done purely for good service, I really appreciate it 😌

The optician herself was OUTSTANDING. I was handed over to choose frames, instead I asked if I could take my prescription and the assistant refused. I left with no prescription which I later found I was legally entitled to take. After complaining to customer care I was eventually sent my prescription. All in all still not sure why I was refused initially. Again,it's a shame because the optician herself was fantastic.

I was given a same day appointment after experiencing 24 hours of blurred vision and numerous floating shapes. I found the care and compassion to be outstanding from all the team at Boots Opticians in Morley. I had PVD as it turned out but everything was explained really well and an appointment made at the hospital as they couldn’t get a clear image of the retina due to all the floaters. The optician Rav even asked me to phone and let them know how I got on. Lovely reassuring and personal service. Thank you!

Having been elsewhere before I decided to try Boots. I booked an appointment online and went down the same day. This was for a contact lens trial and fit. They did a full eye test on me explained the lenses to me and the payment plan. They made me feel at ease when it came to having the lenses put in as I had never worn them before. They have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a smaller store which I prefer as it is more personal. Would recommend.

Been with these for over 10 years and up until now they have been great, couldn't fault them. However, since my last appointment in Sept '18, (which they booked wrong so i had a wasted trip) they have changed my contact lens delivery date without notifying me. They have also cut the amount of lenses i get but kept the payment the same. I have contacted boots directly and they said i need to speak to the branch, which is impossible as they do not answer the phone! This opticians hasn't gone down hill, it's fallen off a cliff!
