I’m really sorry to say but really bad service, booked our taxi for 11.30, we were outside at 11.25, quite sure the taxi turned up and left waited another 20 mins with no call back or update, the driver didn’t have the information of where we were going to, drove pretty fast was all over a very bad experience for what was a 4 minute taxi drive but cost us £25

The only cab Co; who made available on a Saturday evening a fare from Rayne to Great Dunmow. My elderly friends needed to get to the Travelodge. All the others said no to fares out of Braintree at 10.30 Great service and will be my call for all destinations
