Mine came 35 minutes late. There’s no way of checking whereabouts the bus is or timings anywhere on how long it’ll be. Also super slow driver. Unreliable service tbh

Abysmal. Had a flight at the Luton airport, buses simply didn't come - twice in a row. After well over 2 hours, driver was going under the speed limit on the freeway. Do not even consider if you need to be someplace on time.

Antoinette,you are a breath of fresh air for the service. I take the 702 daily and yes its not the most fantastic service but what travel really is? Anyway, london have been having major road works and it has caused so many delays for them but also for us paying customers. Calling customer services yestersay, and speak with Antoinette really showed me they care. She was attentive,kind ,considerate and so polite. Thank you for you help the past two days. You are amazing.

Absolutely disgusted!!! We come to London for the theatre show but booked the hotel in Windsor so we could do the castle also. Friday night and tonight (Saturday night) we’ve had to get a taxi back to the hotel as the buses for 951 and 2315 didn’t come at all. The app said it was due and then disappeared until Monday morning . It’s been a horrible experience and because of the stress of rye green line express buses. One good thing Back to the Future musical was amazing!
