Very dirty chairs in the seating area and appointments are never seen on time.

Call up this morning. 1st time I have had a positive interaction when calling the Surgery and speaking to the admin staff. I spoke to a lady called Donna who was very helpful and called me back shortly after to confirm the prescription was with my nominated pharmacy for later the same day. Great customer service from Donna.

All this place does is fob you off ! You never get the medical attention you need with all the excuses under the sun given by them. Nearly lost my life after asking for urgent mental health help at this surgery . My children have been removed twice from their records with no answer as to why . Referrals for scans etc go missing after waiting months in daily pain . The only thing I can say is that the receptionists seem to be trying their best and are polite . I really dread to think how the elderly are treated at this surgery as the information you are given is relayed back to you like a riddle . Think it's time to change surgeries !!!

Good surgery. Modern and clean. Never had a problem booking an appointment, staff have always been polite and professional both in person and on the phone. Doctors are also amiable and professional. As with anything NHS you’ll likely have to wait for an open appointment but what’s new?

Some of the staff talk to elderly people in a demeaning way and always point out the NHS rules instead of looking at the concern of the patient. Admin needs to have respect for the patient. You will eventually get stressed out because of thier lack in helping you. A lady was asked to phone in for her results regardless of her stand next to the person that can give her the results because it was not a good time to take her to a private room to discuss the results. To be fair all Doctors surgeries are pathetic in helping patients in London.

The worst GP I’ve ever had. They all still work from home, even if it’s a serious issue you won’t be seen by a doctor. Ended up in A&E for serious issues multiple times. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Yes, it's as bad as other reviewers say. Go to A&E instead. Judging by the Tesla Model X parked in another GP surgery near me, they are spending money in all the wrong places.

This is a really badly run surgery. My parents are both registered here and as much as I appreciate COVID19 has affected the day to day operational running of the centre and has not made it any easier however, their negligence contributed towards my mum having to be rushed to the hospital due to a life threatening infection, which led to 2 major surgeries. Her Dr (would prefer not to name) was dismissive of her concerns before the issue was even an issue and to some degree still is every time post surgery issues arise. One of the Dr's have in the past compromised her dignity with unprofessional comments due to her medical struggles restricting her from normal day to day routines and as of writing this review, I am on the call queue as number 18 to try and get my dad who has various health problems himself including diabetes and a heart condition an appointment. I could honestly write an essay on how terrible the surgery and the majority of its healthcare professionals are! I cannot emphasise enough that I really appreciate and commend all healthcare professionals due to this damning virus but they till have a duty of care they should be adhering to. I myself am registered nearby with another surgery and they have been as good as gold. Our friends and family who are aware of how unhappy we are have also told us the surgeries they are with still are very much on point so this does seem an isolated scenario which leads me to believe the responsibility lies with senior management who must really take a long hard look at themselves because they are putting peoples health and lives at risk. I will be reaching out to the General Medical Council as well. Please if this review is picked up, I urge you to take on board not just my feedback but the other 50+ Google reviews that are just as bad.
