My Dad was here for about two months. The place is extremely clean and the staff in the main are very people friendly and caring. The food is what you would expect with the council limitations and adequate. Can’t fault it and it’s helped my Dad het back home.

Very nice and welcoming place. My father has been here for a few days now. I was concerned due to bad reviews but found very little to be at fault. He's very happy with the 3 meals per day. The room is very nice with his own TV and bathroom. Food quality is excellent, the buildings are nicely decorated and well maintained. A bit more cleaning wouldn't hurt but that can be said about anywhere! Overall I'm very happy my father is here and have no concerns what so ever about the quality of care or the surroundings. I myself wouldn't be unhappy at all to be staying here. Some people need to have a word with themselves and get a bit of perspective. Stop expecting the Savoy or the King Edward VII hospital in Chelsea.

Dreadful shambles. Posted review directly onto their website, but it’s not come up. I would not put anyone I care about in this place. We had to do a window visit with my dad during lockdown and they showed us the wrong man. The alarm system was in dads bedroom and was constantly going off.

Mum has been in this care home over two weeks, they have all been so kind and looked after her so well, the amount of work they have put into getting mum home is amazing, me and my family can not thank them enough. My 97year old father was admitted for some rehab and respite last November 2020. I am still too upset to explain but I think that the care was very substandard - except for the staff nurse who was very professional.

Horrible place. Worse than hospital. Alarms going off constantly. Flies and the smell of raw sewage. People go to recover mobility and go downhill fast. Stay away.

My dad has just spent over a week in here following a stay in hospital. I couldn’t have been more happy with the care and support he has received. The staff were wonderful! The food is prepared with fresh ingredients on site and it arrives hot and looks appetising. I was very concerned with a previous review but soon felt relieved that I could leave him happy and he was well looked after.

My relative was here a few months ago for 6 weeks and I visited every day .she was there for physio before she could go home..physio was practically non existent and when main female physio turned up she was surly and patronising .othere staff here were very kind and helpful.would not recommend for physio at all
