Do not use this practice for invisalign! Management are appalling and refuse to fix their mistakes. Got invisalign in 2019 with a dentist who shortly left the practice and a year into my treatment, passed me over to her colleague. Had 1 appt with colleague in Sept 2020 (COVID delayed treatment) where I was wearing ill-fitting aligners but she told me to just carry on. They broke shortly after lockdown started. Attended appt in Jun 2021 to be told the dentist had left as other appt cancelled. Had to wait a month for an appt. My aligners did not arrive. Called weekly and was told that I was impatient. (receptionists here can either be kind and understanding or abrupt and rude) Turned out that the scans were rejected by Invisalign. This was only picked up in Oct. Rescanned but by Dec 2021 I still did not have aligners and my teeth relapsed. I asked for refund and GL declined, telling me to go and see the OG dentist in her new practice +2hrs away. I was a carer as well as having a full time job, told them it was impossible but GL declined refund. Out of desperation I agreed to one appointment with the OG dentist that would be reimbursed by GL and then I could continue at GL for treatment. They did the scans at GL and idiotically removed my attachments, causing further delay. Booked for 6 month c/up, told they could not help with Invisalign because I was under the OG dentist now despite arranging for checkups to be at GL. The dentist who saw me for the general c/up informed me that I had advanced gum disease from invisalign. I continued but in Sep 2022 my aligners broke again and I sought the advice of an orthodontist (none of the dentists here are orthos) who said I should have never had invisalign due to my peg tooth, that was causing the breaking (aligners broke in the same spot). I contacted GL for a refund + they declined. During this back and forth-ing the practice manager was rude, condescending and spoke over me without offering a single apology. In the end she said “you’re only a few aligners away, just let us finish it” and the OG dentist said she would come back to GL. I agreed, wanting to believe them that the ortho who said invisalign wasn’t appropriate just wanted money for fixed braces. That was Dec 2022. Called a month later as I had heard nothing. They don’t bother to do anything unless you contact them. The practice manager was always conveniently in a meeting. I had a scan with a dentist and was given no information on their invisalign experience. Dentist wasn’t informed of the situation and started talking about prices but was apologetic when I told him about my situation (practice manager did not inform him). No aligners by Feb and my tooth broke. Booked in for tooth to be fixed + rescan, 6 weeks went past (no aligners) and tooth broke again. Had a rude receptionist yell at me about contacting practice manager who surprisingly was in a meeting and refused to book me an appt she had offered to someone else and they declined until I mentioned it. Dentist kindly fixed tooth for free, probably the only goodwill I received during this. During this I had monthly hygienist appts (she is one of only good things about GL) and both her + dentist agreed to speak to practice manager about my case because of the gum issues. I received no contact for two weeks and got complaints service involved who advised me to get OG dentist to come back to GL to treat me. Contacted her she said yes. Informed GL and within five minutes they had refunded me. However on receipt of refund they told me I was removed from the practice and refused to remove invisalign attachments unless I paid them £75. Agreed to give me referral letter for another NHS practice and have not and are ignoring emails. Claimed I refused to work with them when I gave them years to fix their problem. I now don’t have an NHS dentist and am looking at £7000 to fix their mess. Due to their incompetence I now have damaged teeth, sharp attachments on, gum disease and broken teeth. Google reviews don’t allow enough characters to tell all they did wrong.

I Had a visit to the hygienist. Fredrika Harer and I can recommend this service. This lovely lady was thorough, gentle and informative. My teeth looked better and felt lovely after treatment. I did not have the airflow treatment, but will go back in the very near future to have this done a I am gong to a wedding soon and would like to look my best.

Receptionist was very helpful and managed to give my a appointment with in Two days… my filling came out and had an abscess. Booked in with my Dentist Victor, very nice helpful man he gave me antibiotics and filled my tooth.. with the help of his assistant who is alway very nice and friendly. Victor saved the day again!
