As with all the work he does, the installation was smooth, you would not know to look afterwards all the work that was involved to update the pipework and install the new boiler. He took care to ensure it was working, we knew how to use the new boiler and ensure the house is clean after the job is finished. Above all, he is clearly an expert in the field and this was a big factor when making my buying decision, rather than basing my decision solely on cost.
