Wow this garage is wonderful!!! I broke down in my FORD FOCUS, and it turned out my battery had died. Being a lady it's sometimes quite difficult to feel confident in a garage but the guys here are respectful and kind. I am newish to the area and not having found a garage yet I wandered into a motorbike garage nr my home who advised I checked out this garage. I found Green garage where Danny was excellent!!! Even though they don't specialise in ford's Danny was still happy to help me. I tried to explain what I thought was the issue but I was a littlr distrssed and worried about trusting a garage as i was nervous having had a bad experience with a local garage a week ago. But without even blinking Danny grabbed his jumper and leads and offered to take me to my car to see if it would start. We went to my car and he started it. He then offered to follow me back to the garage so he could properly test the battery!! He checked it over using a testing machine showing and explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing and then gave me a ticket that showed the battery needed replacing. He then ordered a new battery for me and fitted for a very good price. Very fast, efficient and kind. I am so happy I have now found a garage I can trust and fell safe with.. thank you Danny for your time and for making me feel welcome and comfortable.. I Will be passing on to all my friends. I cannot sing the praises of VW Green Garage highly enough. Green Garage is a rare example of an extremely experienced, trustworthy, and utterly honest garage. As far as my experience of their work and business ethics are concerned, I can only recommend them in the highest possible terms. I didn’t think that motor mechanics like this existed anymore. I will never, ever use an Audi Main Dealer again. My eight years’ experience of owning an A6 has shown that Main Dealers are invariably slow, inaccurate, frequently incompetent and extremely expensive. In my opinion, the only reason to use an Audi Main Dealer is if your car is under manufacturer’s warranty - even then, get Green Garage to give you a second opinion!
