Recommended to me via the Solar Together scheme in London but a sorry tale of a lack of commercial dilligence all round and poor performance. Generally confused and limited communication as to installation dates and activities. Have requested return of £2k+ deposit but like many, nothing heard. Now escalating via Credit Card company. Don't touch this company or the inevitable one that "pops up" afterwards.

Absolutely sham of a company. We went through Solar Cambridgeshire scheme and they have been little help. We’ve been complaining since last June. The history is too long to narrate but we’re now left with no battery and two cheap inverters which do not work. Thankfully despite them chasing the balance of the payment for an incomplete system they only have our deposit. Solar Cambridgeshire were very gracious in letting us know that GET Uk had lost their MCS accreditation. Thanks a bunch. How about getting our deposit back! We’ve made a S75 claim to the credit card company and await the outcome. I would suggest others try this route too. Good luck to everyone who is experiencing this debacle. I certainly hope they are forced to return our money. If you check the director Nick Elbourne he has already had one solar company that went into liquidation in 2019. Obviously has no business scruples

I have worked for this company. And The company recently lost its (MCS)which means they can’t SIGN OFF jobs they install now and has also changed company name stay well away from any company to do with (David or Nick Elbourne) Also they don’t have any installers or office workers as they was all recently sacked last week The company is terribly run has no organisation or communication with Customers or workers getting sent to jobs with no kit to do the job They have used so many scaffhold company’s and not paid them All they care about is taking customers deposit They use cheap invertors and batteries

They were the installer used by Solar Together London, which I regrettably signed up too. I eventually managed to get the kit installed in Feb, but no handover pack, or certificates (needed to change tariff etc). They have also abandoned the scaffolding. Impossible to contact customer services by email or phone. I recommend you avoid, and the same goes for Solar Together.

Worst customer service experience, I feel it’s well presented fraud they only they answer only when making payments otherwise will never get in touch for next steps such as installation or update, it’s definitely require proper investigation as they way they operate very suspicious, even the phone number in their emails written wrong which I believe it’s for a purpose
