Newly registered at this surgery. We have a few serious medical issues and phoned early to initiate first contact to discuss and receive medication. The receptionist was excellent. She explained the procedure. The doctor then phoned within 2 hours, discussed and actioned treatment, appointments and prescriptions. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE, cannot speak highly enough - thank you Jaywick Medical Centre!

I've been in Clacton-on-Sea for 4 yrs now and my dressings of mepilex keep being sent to dagenham and the staff keeping saying you must have ask for them to be sent there why would I if we live in clacton this is 8 times now this has happened good job I dont need life saving medication were can I put my complaint too enough is enough discusting!!!🤬

My wife and I have only been in Clacton for 20 months and in that time have had excellent service, we understand the need for the triage service during the pandemic and hopefully when everyone has been vaccinated we will see the surgery get back to normal, till then we should all be patient

these have been a total waste of time since Dr Sherwood left,the reception staff are ok,the nurses are all a waste of time,asthma clinic over the phone ,refuse to see people,my husband even had a letter telling him they know he is excempt,but he has to still wear a mask,which would most probably,put him straight back into hospital,avoid like the plague

The worst around !! Nil star review ! No one answers the phone, no appointments, no prescriptions on time, no nurses, no manners and no care!! especially for the elderly which unfortunately most of their patients are. I am writing to the NHS as this cannot be acceptable.
