Called in here on a couple of occasions in one day the first guy was great very helpful. Then needed to call back in later in the day got what we needed and asked about a price firstly regards to a toilet in the display area. I was told Ho it’s expensive it’s really expensive, he proceeded to comment to another guy regards the toilet and said how expensive the toilet was and about 2 years ago it was about £800 + vat. I asked for a Price not his personal opinion as whether I could afford it. Do not make assumptions as to whether someone can afford an item or not. I was taken back by him attitude, also I asked for a price regards to a radiator on display, again he did not even bother looking for a price or anything. His attitude stinks and when a customer asks for a price it’s your job to help that customer not make them feel the way I felt after leaving the shop. I always try to support my small local business first that’s my attitude, but after my experience I will not be supporting this one. He made an expensive assumption and gave very poor customer service.
