Amazing team! The scheme itself is brilliant and so important for our planet, but I was expecting to have to wait at least 2 weeks to get all the bits in place before getting a bike. Submitted a quote at around 10pm monday evening, got sent through all the paper work for it in less than 12 hours, which I signed and then got the voucher almost immediately after signing. In addition I had a problem with the form as my company agreed to do a 9 month repay instead of 12 months but the form on the website wouldn't let me do it so I sent an email to the team which I got a reply to first thing monday morning and they had already spoken to my HR department to sort. So impressed!!! Thank you.

This team were so helpful. I was struggling to understand the process for online ordering through the retailer and using the cycling to work incentives, I messaged GCI who responded with really clear instructions. I then struggled with how to process the request with my employer and so phoned GCI who cut through all my confusion and I had everything sorted inside 10 minutes! The retailer (decathlon) refunded my purchase and processed everything really quickly and I was off down the road on my new ebike in no time. Thanks so much 🙏

This is a great service, which allows for a purchase of tax-free bike with no £1000 limit, attributable to many cycle to work schemes. With the price of bikes consistently creeping up, and ever-expensive ebikes gaining popularity, this does indeed make a lot of difference when selecting a solid and safe bicycle. I also found the staff of this organisation to be very nice and knowledgeable - they respond to emails quickly, answer phone calls and are always helpful.
